The content of all channels available through Cloudio IPTV is the sole responsibility of the channel provider. You understand that premium channels, including but not limited to HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime, are not available through Cloudio TV.

Refund Policy

You can claim your refund witting the guaranteed period available on each subscription. To get your refund you need to contact us by email and provide us a good reason to get it. We may refuse to proceed for a refund if we judge that we can fix the issue for you. Excluded from refunds:

Suspension and downtime

In the extension of our rights to end or suspend your access delineated above, you acknowledge that: your access and usage of the services might be suspended for the length of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason. We maintain all authority to instantly end or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if Cloudio IPTV determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, disregarded any law, rule, or regulation.
